Return and Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

Items must be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at puresoulslife@gmail.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if there are any issues. Please send us photos of the damage, including the tag.

Can I return sale items or gift cards?

No, unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days after payment confirmation.

What are the shipping times?

Standard Shipping: 5 - 7 days

Express Shipping: 3 - 5 days

Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Please contact us at puresoulslife@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. An extra fee of ₹50 may be charged.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package once your order is shipped.

Exchanges

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Note that custom and sale products cannot be exchanged.
